mint and chocolate mousse


Vegan, healthy, easy to prepare and sooooo smooooooth chocolate mousse with just a hint of chocolate mint. This mousse is addictive so beware. And so versatile. As an addition I used chocolate mint leaves. But you can experiment with raspberries, strawberries, orange zest or chilli. You can add a few drops of Cointreau or Baileys. Feel free to experiment.


Ingredients  (4-6 servings)
250 g of soft silken tofu
sugar or any other vegan sweetener (amount according to you likings)
cacao (amount according to you likings)
optionally few leaves of chocolate mint, finely chopped
mint leaves and raspberries for garnishing

1. Blend all ingredients except those for garnishing
2. Garnish
3. Chill in refrigerator or serve
